    It is estimated that by the time we reach adulthood, most people have trapped more than 20 emotions that need to be released in order to live more fully. So this work is for anyone and everyone!

    If you’ve had past trauma, this work is for you.

    If you’ve been trying to reach your next level of healing and freedom, but have a sense that something is blocking you, this work is for you.

  • To allow for the best possible session, I suggest these few things:

    • find a quiet place where you can have no distractions

    • a pair of headphones might help to eliminate any background noises and allow you to focus

    • come to the session well hydrated and/or keep a glass of water nearby (hydration helps energy move more easily in your body)

    Finally, you have the option to think of 1-3 “issues” you might want to work on. These could be anything you’d like to ask your subconscious mind about, including:

    • something physical (“this pain in my leg”)

    • something related to an event in your life (“I want to clear any trapped emotions related to my divorce”)

    • an ongoing situation (“my relationship with my mother”)

    We’ll get through as much as we can in our allotted time! If you don’t know, or can’t put into words what you want to work on, no worries! We will let your subconscious mind lead the way and discover together what needs to be released; this type of session is just as effective as the person who has specific things in mind. Remember, your subconscious holds the key to your healing, we are just following its lead.

  • Truthfully you don’t have to do much! Together we will have a moment of silence to start the session, in which you and I will both focus our gratitude and intention. You can simply relax as I guide the way your subconscious mind leads us.

    During our session some hard things may arise from your past, or the subconscious mind may indicate that we need to identify certain past events. This is very common. One of my favorite things about the Emotion Code work is that each person can choose to share as much or as little as they are comfortable with, and releasing the trapped emotions works just the same. Although I keep strict confidentiality, I am not a licensed therapist, and you will never need to divulge anything beyond your comfort level.

    Reiki is for anyone who wants to feel more balanced, calm, and connected — in body, mind, and spirit.

    If you’re feeling stressed or burned out, Reiki is for you.
    If your nervous system feels stuck in overdrive,
    If you’re healing from illness, grief, or heartbreak,
    If you simply crave stillness and nourishment —
    Reiki can support you.

    This gentle energy flows where it’s needed most. You don’t have to figure it all out in advance. Just show up, and allow yourself to receive.

  • I offer three distinct types of Reiki healing sessions.

    The first two are similar, with Reiki Whisper (25 minutes) being a shortened version of the The Full Experience (60 minutes). For these two sessions types we will be connected via phone for the duration. To allow for the best session possible I suggest:

    • find a quiet place where you can have no distractions

    • most clients choose to lie down for the duration, supporting themselves on a bed, mat, or sofa, with as many pillows and bolsters as you wish to keep you comfortable. Taking a seated position works just as well, if you find that most comfortable. The main thing is to choose a position where your body feels most at ease.

    • come to the session well hydrated and/or keep a glass of water nearby (hydration helps energy move more easily in your body)

    The third option, Quiet Reiki (30 minutes) is distinctly different, in that it will take place entirely remotely. I will text you at the start of the session to let you know I’m beginning, and again at the end to let you know it’s complete. What is done during the session time is totally up to you! Some clients choose to lie down and receive, as described above, while others choose to continue with the tasks of their daily life, knowing that while they do so they are receiving the infusions of pure Reiki energy.

  • The Emotion Code (EC) session and the Heart Wall (HW) clearing are both branches of the same modality of clearing trapped emotions.

    Although there is no firm order, the majority of people come to this work first though a regular EC session, and later in their journey graduate to the more intense trapped emotions of the Heart Wall.

    The EC session is most people’s starting point for the work of releasing trapped emotions. It is considered the method standard, and can be done multiple times, either over lengths of time, or in intensive periods with two weeks between sessions. As most of us by the time we reach adulthood have dozens of trapped emotions from events over our lifetime, there is always deeper we can go and more to release if it’s right for you. I personally give myself EC sessions periodically, for instance when I face a new challenge in life, if a new pain arises in my body with no explanation, or just as maintenance to remain clear of trapped energies.

    The EC session takes place in a 50 minute period, where we aim to clear 5-10 trapped emotions, though sometimes more or less as time and circumstances allow.

    As you and I work together and progress on your journey in clearing trapped emotions through the EC sessions, I may recommend a HW clearing for you.

    The biggest difference is that a HW clearing is something that typically only happens once. This is because there is just one Heart Wall around the heart, though it is comprised of many emotions.

    The HW clearing takes places over usually 3 to 5 sessions of various lengths, depending on the individual. We aim not to go too quickly in the HW, as these trapped emotions are often the most intense, and frequently date back to childhood and beyond.

  • It’s really up to you! If we haven’t spoken before, having a call first might help you to feel comfortable and will give you a chance to answer any questions you have. If you choose to forgo the call and schedule your first session right away, we’ll spend a little time at the beginning of your session going over some things. Either way you will be fully prepared and ready by the time our session begins.

  • The idea of doing a session remotely may seem a little strange to some. But the experience of people all over the world who have benefited from this work with me while in the comfort of their own homes speaks for itself.

    When we’re working with the subconscious mind, and with your permission given at the beginning of the session, we can do this work remotely just as easily as in person.

    The remote session will take place with just a phone call (except for the Quiet Reiki option where we will be entirely remote with a text message to begin and end the session). When you sign up for a session with me, you’ll leave your phone number, then at our appointed time (for Emotion Code, Heart Wall, Full Reiki and Reiki Whisper) I’ll give you a call, simple as that. For international clients we can use a web-based internet calling service.

    The ability to do this work remotely is a true gift. You can receive this healing from the comfort of your own home, without traveling to me, and without trying to find someone immediately in your area who can work with you (which in many cases does not exist).

  • No at all! If you know you need to clear some baggage from your life but you’re not sure what, the Emotion Code is perfect for you. Your subconscious mind knows so much more than your conscious mind does (they say the conscious mind knows only 1% of all knowledge about you, while the subconscious knows 99%!). We will simply ask your subconscious mind to lead the way, and you will be able to clear the trapped emotions that you need to clear most.

    For Reiki healing, I’ll ask if you’ve been experiencing anything specific, physically or emotionally, and we’ll begin by focusing there. That said, there doesn’t need to be a particular “issue” at all. Reiki can simply be received as a gentle recharge: life force energy flowing through you, restoring balance and vitality wherever it’s needed most.

  • It is part of my deepest heart to make this healing work accessible to everyone. When I was at my own lowest point of chronic illness and could no longer work full time, my healing was aided by the generosity of other healers who offered discounted rates, and I aim to do the same.

    I offer a sliding scale for those who are students or facing financial hardship. I’ll work with you to make it affordable. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you’d like to discuss this option.

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. You can do this easily by using the link in the confirmation email you will receive after booking your session.

  • To assist you in never missing an appointment, you will received 2 reminder emails before your session: one email 24 hours before your appointment, and the second email 1 hour before. I regret that I am unable to offer refunds for missed appointments. However, you may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
